Bringing an Electronic Product to the EU Market: CE, EMC, LVD and RoHS
A practical engineering roadmap for identifying EU product legislation, selecting standards, planning tests, building technical documentation, and applying the CE marking.
Engineering expertise
Technical documentation, standards coordination, test follow-up, and certification support for electronic products.
At Mavili Elektronik, I managed technical documentation for product certification, coordinated work to meet applicable standards, and monitored testing. My responsibilities included evaluating test results and tracking corrective actions to address nonconformities.
I played an active role in setting up the company’s in-house EMC testing facility and conducted the initial tests. I also investigated test failures and implemented design improvements to address EMC issues. (Mavili Elektronik)
Testing covered:
I contributed to selecting and procuring equipment for product performance tests, developed test fixtures, and helped integrate test procedures into the quality department’s processes.
Product performance testing: Planning and execution of functional and performance tests to verify product behaviour under defined operating conditions. (Mavili Elektronik, Fenac Encoders & Sensors)
